TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE PODCAST QUIZ IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE OFFICIAL VIRTUAL SCIENTIFIC LAUNCH OF MENAPUL On 12 JANUARY 2021.
1. This quiz is organised by Firstline Pharmaceuticals Sdn Bhd (the ‘organiser’) in conjunction with the above mentioned event.
2. This contest is only open to participation by Malaysian healthcare professionals who are qualified doctors and pharmacists in lawful practise (the ‘participants’ who qualify).
3. All participants must have submit their answers via the designated form at http://bit.ly/menapulquiz latest by 31st March 2021.
4. Participants can only submit one quiz entry. Multiple entries will not be entertained.
5. The FEEDBACK ON THE PODCAST submitted will be used to determine the top ten winning entries from the total of ALL CORRECT entries to the PODCAST QUIZ questions.
6. Each of the TEN winners will be awarded a STARBUCKS GIFT CARD WORTH RM200 and will be personally congratulated by the team at Firstline Pharmaceuticals on 7th April 2021.
7. Entries will be evaluated by a panel assembled by Firstline Pharmaceuticals Sdn. Bhd. and their decision is final.
8. All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
